I completed the Level 5 TEFL Diploma and thoroughly enjoyed the course from start to finish. The modules were varied and the information provided was clear. I am delighted to have completed and passed Level 5 Diploma. I liked the combination of a quiz at the end of each module. It gave a good indication of what I had learned. The assessments particularly the final one were quiet challenging. Throughout the process the comfort in knowing that support was always there. Whenever I had a question I got an answer very quickly. Special thanks to both Rachel and Shauna. I also found the live zoom class on a Tuesday to be very beneficial whenever I needed it. Overall a very positive experience and I would highly recommend The TEFL Institute.
