I registered for the TEFL course with the TEFL Institue company and it was easy for me to contact to customer service when I had any difficulties, answering immediately.The course is designed for working people because they give you six months to take the tests. All the information is written in addition to having an audio of said information, making it very comfortable to study. Likewise, at the end of the course you have the option to download the title in PDF. I was very satisfied.
