I’ve had a positive experience as a Level-5 TEFL student. There are weekly zoom meetings to assist your progress, and ample chances for professional development, usually at no extra cost. Customer support—with special thanks to Lisa—is also very responsive. I recommend the TEFL Institute of Ireland.

I participated and completed the Advanced Certificate in TEFL Classroom Methodologies with Michelle Kaufmann. It was a 10 hour online course and I had a fantastic learning experience with Michelle and the other students. I did the 10-hour virtual course with Michelle and really enjoyed it. She was super engaging and made the time fly. Her energy kept the group going, and she handled the class really well. We managed to cover all the key points and still had time to try out our own teaching practice and talk about our plans for our career within TEFL. This was my first time participating in an online classroom setting. I expected there to be connection issues, but fortunately there were none. Clear sound, great interaction amongst fellow classmates and the host/teacher Michelle K. was really very good. Personally I think she is excellent at what she does, her tone of voice, how comfortable she made me feel as a student of TEFL, and her own experiences shared with us. I found this extremely useful. Friendly and great interpersonal people skills :)
