I recently completed TEFL's "Highfield Level 5 Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language" course. TEFL is a wonderful institute. The course is well structured, easy to follow, insightful, and I feel I learned a lot about language and linguistics as well as how to teach English itself. The advisory and tutoring staff that I encountered, like Rachel Walsh, are very amiable, helpful and quick to respond. At all times, through the structuring of the course and the TEFL staff there ready to offer help, I felt fully supported and equipped to stay the course and finish with my qualification. I can't wait to get started!

I have recently enrolled to train as a TEFL teacher at the TEFL Institute. I contacted them through the website to make enquiries as to what was involved. As promised an advisor - whose name was Emma Coleman - phoned me back promptly to explain what was involved. She was extremely friendly, helpful and actually - probably through a lot of experience! - anticipated some of the questions and concerns I had. And put me entirely at ease about the process. The price I thought was quite reasonable too! What impressed me most was the genuine friendliness and the availability of the advisor, Emma, in the back-and-forth communications by phone and email as I sorted out my questions in advance of committing to the Level 5 course. A thank you to Emma and, now that I have begun the online course, I can highly recommend the TEFL Institute as the place to train for those seeking a professional certified TEFL diploma.

Excellent school ! I studied online from France and the lessons were very well constructed and structured. I have passed a level 5 Offqual TEFL Certificate 180Hrs, in less than 5 months. As I work during the week, I used to study in the evenings and in the weekends. Online support is great. There is the possibility to log on discord to chat with other students or members of the school. I was in contact with Rachel via email. Thank you to the whole team !!🤩

Today, (29th November) I had a some queries to check on the TEFL Institute of Ireland Website and Leo came on line! I did the level test after which I received several possible courses to take. Not being sure what the best option could be, I asked for a call and a few minutes after was online with Rachel Walsh whose great advise helped me going for the right choice, both in terms of my needs and price.
