A mixture of exciting history and cosmopolitan art and culture, the Czech Republic is quickly becoming a popular European destination. It's beautiful landscapes are dotted with castles and chateaux illuminating the stories and history of Bohemia and Moravia, the two ancient lands that now make up modern Czech Republic.
While Prague has long been a travelers' destination, Brno, just 210km to the east, has developed into the Czech Republic's second city. The capital city of Moravia, Brno sits in the heart of wine country and proudly displays its rich history and culture, with an array of excellent galleries and museums, a brooding castle fortress, and traditional Moravian folk festivals. Brno is also a university city, with an abundance of concerts, music festivals and film festivals to entertain their diverse residents.

Cost of living is also much lower than Prague, making it easy to travel on a teacher's salary.
